This is a basic beginner’s course to help you understand the science of streams, insects, fish and the finer points of fly-fishing.  Learn about basic gear, knots, casting and where to look for fish.  You will be practicing your skills on the “Wild and Scenic” North Fork of the Flathead River.  A hands-on introduction to fly-tying will be included as an evening session.
